We guarantee the originality of all artifacts sold by us. Due to the particular issue of re-naming, we extend our normal guarantee terms as follows: If any medal purchased from us is subsequently proved to be re-named for fraudulent purposes, the medal may be returned at any time for a full refund of the purchase price (as long as in the same condition as purchased). This guarantee is over and above our standard returns policy of seven days UK/Europe and fourteen days overseas.
Confirmation of the customers wish to purchase must be sent by e-mail or fax, at that point we will hold the article for them for a period of seven days awaiting payment. This forms a contract between the customer and seller. If the customer wishes to cancel their order, they must contact us within that period. Anyone failing to contact us will be charged at 10% of the articles value.
We can offer a layaway plan over a three month period if required.
We can accept credit card orders but will add a charge of 4% for commissions.
